Here’s a “Rethink:” Order your priorities with this perspective: start with those items that are both easier AND important first, followed by those that are gradually more attainable and challenging. Successes here leads to a positive mindset and prepares you to take on the really challenging tasks. Research shows that early successes breed positive vibes and chemical reactions in our bodies that create can-do attitudes.
