Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly. (Robert F Kennedy)

Most of us have probably experienced fear of failure at one time or another.  It can be immobilizing and prevent us from moving forward.  When we allow fear to hinder our progress in life we will miss out on life.  Here are a few tips to help you confront your fears.

    1.  Be aware of exactly what you fear.  Define it by writing it down.
    2. Develop an action plan to confront the fear and get support and accountability.
    3.  Write down all the possible outcomes you perceive and weigh the risks.
    4.  Have a contingency plan, having a plan B and even a plan C can help you feel more confident.
