Thanks for both webinars! They were helpful in numerous ways. I really appreciated Dr. Smith’s case studies and practical solutions people found.
Avoid, Alter, Adapt, and Accept are a good set of filters to place on stress, allowing us to ask better questions and affirm that we have options in the face of stress.
The webinar was helpful. In the future, you might find a way to get Dr. David’s video up there (it wasn’t there on the second webinar.) There were a few times when it seemed like other people were talking in the background, or some feedback because of a speaker being too close to a microphone. They weren’t big issues, but for the future, it might be good to have people mute their microphones when they aren’t talking.
I hope others get the chance to contribute to the forum.
